Justin Bieber seems to be moving on from Selena Gomez.

Bieber was spotted with a Las Vegas actress/model Jordan Ozuna on what seemed to be a romantic date with friends at the Las Vegas Indoor Skydiving on June 16.

E! News broke the story with photos of the two getting cozy. One source at accompanying Bieber and Ozuna claims the couple even kissed.

"In the waiting room area, she was sitting on his lap and they were kissing. Little pecks and kisses. Right before the flight, in a second waiting room area, he laid down on her left side, and he had his head between her legs and had his cap half-covering his face," one source reveals.

Unfortunately for Bieber and his new flame, they won't ever be returning to the facility, because Bieber was banned for life after backing out of paying he arranged with the company.

Along with the photos of Bieber and Ozuna allegedly lap-sitting, E! News also reports Justin Bieber and Las Vegas Indoor Skydiving agreed on the singer posting a photo of him at the facility as free publicity instead of the $1600 option for him and his crew.
