Justin Bieber New Album Release Dec 2013, New Songs 'Heartbreaker' & "All That Matters" Revealed Listen Here (VIDEO)

Last week Justin Bieber's people announced on twitter, "Sunday Midnight #heartbreaker #MusicMondays #10weeks / Are you ready? #10weeks #musicmondays" 

So with the release of Bieber's new album HEARTBREAKER due out in December 2013, he will be putting out a new song each week leading up to the release. 

Fans of the Biebs seem to be pleased that they get a new song each week and it is definitely not something that artists normally do while typically pushing one or two singles only before their album release. 

This is Justin Bieber's new song "Heartbreaker" (you can listen below) and there was also a new song posted "All that Matters" but it seems to have been removed from his official vevo page. So maybe it will get posted again at midnight tonight. 

"Heartbreaker" is expected to be the first single off of the new album HEARTBREAKER and these songs are reported to be more 'personal' to Justin Bieber. So is this song about someone in particular?
