The Daily Show host, Jon Stewart, is not pleased with the influence Justin Bieber has had in his relationship with former Disney princess Selena Gomez. 

In a May 7 episode of the show with guest Seth Rogen, Stewart commented that Gomez used to be a good role model for his kids until her relationship with Bieber.

"I have young children. And [Selena] was the winner of the family wizard competition on Wizards of Waverley Place," he told Rogen, who was also vocal about his dislike of the Baby singer. 

Stewart added, "They were engaged in a battle for four years and she ended up winning. My kids really respected that victory."

The 21-year-old Come and Get It singer has had an on-and-off relationship with Bieber over recent years, but reportedly broke down at the recent Coachella Music Festival in California over issues with her relationship with Bieber. 

She also admitted herself to rehab in January to aid her with personal issues.

To help herself cope and recover, Gomez unfollowed Bieber and other friends such as Kylie and Kendall Jenners and Taylor Swift on Instagram.  However, recent reports showing Gomez with Swift suggest that the two friends might have rekindled their friendship.

Gomez admitted that she has had problems with heavy partying.  When asked how he intended to explain to his daughters what Gomez had become, Stewart said, "How do I explain that to them? She was a wizard and now she's hanging out with a douchebag."
