It appears that pop stars Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez are back together again as the celebrities were seen hanging out with each other recently, but the bigger story is that local authorities came to Gomez's home Tuesday night after someone told the cops the singer/actress' party was too noisy.

"The music may have gotten a little too loud because it was two guys performing and there were speakers, but it definitely wasn't some out of control party," said a nameless source to E! News.

The unidentified insider also told the entertainment news company that the party of 20 people was "not a rager."

The cops arrived to the 21-year-old performer's home at 10:30 pm where the partygoers cooperated with the deputies and lowered their music, which ended the brief controversy.

According to TMZ, a woman who lives near Gomez's Los Angeles home told them that the party music was so loud, "her windows were rattling."

Gomez went on social media to post a photo from her party which happened on June 17.

"Tacos, live music and candles...such a beautiful night with beautiful people," wrote Gomez on her official Instagram page on Wednesday along with a black and white photo of the two singers who performed at her party.

In other Selena Gomez news, the former "Wizards of Waverly Place" and "Barney & Friends" actress was seen dancing with her on-an-off again boyfriend Justin Bieber at the swanky Bootsy Bellows night club on Monday evening.

According to E! News, an anonymous source told the entertainment news company the couple were inseparable the entire night and they even held hands. The couple reportedly told people at the Hollywood club that they are dating again.
