'Justice League' Movie Release Date Rumors: August 5, 2016 'Pretty Good Bet'
Since Warner Bros. and DC Comics announced that 'Batman v Superman: The Dawn of Justice' has been bumped up in its release date, some speculate that the upcoming 'Justice League' film will also arrive sooner.
As it stands, the 'Justice League' film is rumored to launch in cinemas across the US on August 5, 2016. However, this date has not been confirmed by DC themselves, but they did promise to release a tentative schedule of all DC movies set to release from 2016 to 2020.
Reports are claiming that the recent shift in date for the 'Batman v Superman' film will be beneficial to the film, but also to the 'Justice League' movie as well.
Apparently, this will enable the 'Justice League' movie to shoot scenes back to back with the 'Man of Steel' sequel. Many find this news exciting as it will build reputation for the sequel, by adding some classic characters from 'Justice League'.
While the release date for 'Justice League' is again, speculation, WB President Dan Fellman had this to say about August 5, 2016, "While it hasn't been officially announced, I think it's a pretty good bet," he recently told Entertainment Weekly.
Fans will have more to look forward to in terms of characters in the upcoming film. Without revealing too much, Zack Snyder teased the fans by saying, "I don't want to give anything away about the movie or anything ... but Aquaman has some cool abilities. I think people are like, "What, does he talk to animals or fish?" That's what people think. The cool thing with Aquaman is that his trident, it could cut the flesh of Superman if they came in contact - that's in the canon."
"He's super strong because he can exist at these depths. Not to say he's in my movie or anything like that, but I'm just saying he has the potential to be pretty bada**, that's all I'm saying." Synder told a local Detroit radio show.
