Jurassic Park 4 Confirmed / New Title "World" and 2015 Release Set, Plot Rumors

Jurassic Park 4 has been confirmed! Look out J.J. Abrams, Star Wars 7 isn't the only major movie franchise getting a reboot in 2015. The fourth Jurassic Park will actually be called Jurassic Park World.

Does the World mean John Hammond's vision of a safe Jurassic Park have finally been realized? Chances are those are just rumors. Jurassic World director Colin Trevorrow has already shot down the notion of tame zoo dinosaurs. So what could the World mean?

Have the dinosaurs fully escaped Isla Nubar and started breeding in human cities? Could we have a The Day After Tomorrow meets Pacific Rim on our hands in 2015?

Hopefully executive producer Steven Spielberg won't let that happen. But then again we all saw Spielberg's production work on the Transformers movies.

Rumors for Jurassic Park 4 have been circulating online since the last film was released. Unfortunately the film has been stuck in developmental phase for some time, with the writers struggling for a screenplay.

In fact there's a story about one script that was ultimately abandoned that focused the plot on dino-human hybrids that are designed to destroy the dinosaur populations in North America after escaping the run-down park.

Though that script was canned it's likely the plot for Jurassic World will center on solving a dinosaur epidemic across the globe.

Didn't pterodactyls break out of the aviary at the end of Jurassic Park 3?

Stay tuned for Jurassic Park World expected to be released in 2015.
