Jonas Brothers Confirm Break Up on Good Morning America 'We are Brothers First', Will Not Release New Album, Watch Them Share Here (VIDEO)

Jonas Brothers confirm break up rumors and speak directly about it in person on Good Morning America with Robin Roberts this morning (Oct. 30).

All three bothers, Kevin, Nick and Joe were there and shared the thoughts behind the break up and what's next for the guys (watch interview below).

The brothers recently cancelled their tour dates and then cancelled their twitter account, which was a big revelation to fans that bad news was coming. The news then came officially that a break up with the band had happened, but the brothers wanted to do an interview to share their side of things.

They kept coming back to the emphasis that they wanted to be 'brothers first' and that their relationships had become strained in recent years with trying to put the music first and each brother having their own visions for things.

The brothers did confirm that they will not be finishing or releasing the new album that fans had been so excited about. They had already released two singles "Pom Poms" and "First Time" and shared that they will be releasing four more songs off of the upcoming album, but that will be it.

Kevin shared his excitement for being a father soon and also being able to spend more time with his passions of the business and entertainment side of things. Nick and Joe both shared that they will be working on writing and recording new music individually.

They also shared that they will be releasing live recordings from their recent tour dates but only to fan club members at this point.
