US Weekly reports that Joe Jonas of the Jonas brothers has recently broken up with his girlfriend of almost 2 years, model and graphic designer Blanda Eggenschwiler.

According to the report, Joe Jonas's representative has officially confirmed the split through the magazine. Jonas and Eggenschwiler have been together for one year and eight months, and were constantly seen at public events together.

Jonas's representative has been quoted as saying that the two 'mutually "decided" to part ways, but have remained friends, and added that their breakup was amicable and that they still maintain great respect for each other.

The 24-year-old Jonas is known to have a number of celebrities ex's, including Taylor Swift, Demi Lovato, Ashley Greene and Camilla Belle. During a tell-all interview with the New York Magazine late last year, Jonas divulged about his past romances with the famed stars, and shared intimate details about his personal life, revealing that he had become sexually active when he turned 20. Jonas also asserted in the same interview that he was happy in his relationship with the 29-year-old model, Eggenschwiler.

Before their split, Jonas was last seen with his estranged Swiss flame during the Cadillac & Refinery29 party in Hollywood early June, where they were both in attendance, but rumored to have been distant with one another.

Joe first met Blanda, who is also New York Times' art director, in November of 2012 through a mutual friend, and was rumored to have immediately hit it off as they were frequently seen together in public shortly after.
