Jessica Simpson and husband Eric Johnson are expecting a baby boy. The 32-year old singer turned fashion mogul has kept the story under wraps for days.

Not everyone is ecstatic over the news, however. After her first baby, daughter "Maxwell," was born, she signed a $4 million deal with Weight Watchers. The weight loss company is reportedly furious, citing they had no idea Simpson was planning on having another child so soon.

Representatives of the company maintain the contrary. They told the Daily News Jessica is still a representative of the program and that nothing has changed since hearing word of the second pregnancy in less than a year.

"After she gives birth, Jessica and her doctor will decide when she may resume following the Weight Watchers program," the Daily News reports.

On Christmas day, Simpson sent out the infamous "Bumpin' and proud," tweet revealing the former pop singer's swollen stomach in what appears to be a bikini or lingerie.

The couple has begun thinking of names for their new baby boy. Unfortunately they already used their favorite boy name for their first born, Maxwell---their daughter.

Regardless, the couple is anxious for the arrival of their new family member, especially Simpson. A source close to the couple told RadarOnline, "It's Jessica's dream come true, she prayed she was having a boy...because that's something she always wanted when she was growing up."

Simpson will have a busy year on her hands in 2013. She just announced NBC will air a sitcom about her life, with Simpson playing the lead role.
