After only three months since their divorce was finalized, Marc Anthony has recently announced his engagement to model Shannon de Lima, and his ex-wife, Jennifer Lopez said she was happy for the newly engaged couple.

During an interview with the New York Daily News on Thursday, J.Lo wished her ex-husband well and said that she was happy for him.

Additionally, she said that though she was "totally" single at the moment, but she was not going to be single forever.

"Someone great will come along," she said.

Although the divorce was only officially finalized three months ago, Marc Anthony and Jennifer Lopez ended their relationship three years ago. The two now share custody of their twins Maximillian and Emme, who are both six-years-old.

The 46-year-old Latin singer, Marc Anthony, announced his engagement to Shannon on Wednesday, but according to reports, the two have been engaged since March, and are set for a November wedding in the Dominican Republic.

Meanwhile, during a recent interview, Jennifer, 45, who is currently promoting her new book 'True Love', said her showbiz entourage is partly to blame for her previous failed relationships.

According to the 'American Idol' judge, her numerous helpers at home might have affected her romantic relationships in a bad way.

'There's a lot of people in my life and that's hard," Jennifer told Hoda Kotb during her book talk, explaining her single status.

In addition, she said that besides the constant fear of being judged or being put under public scrutiny, having a lot of people in the house was difficult "for someone to deal with" and may have been a cause of "discomfort."

Jennifer ended her marriage with Marc Anthony three years after giving birth to their twins.

Following the break-up, she dated dancer and choreographer Casper Smart from 2011 to June 2014.
