Jennifer Lawrence is reportedly on the rebound with Chris Martin after breaking up with 'X-Men' co-star Nicholas Hoult.

Lawrence and Martin were seen enjoying a romantic date at the Wolffer Estate Vineyard in the Hamptons, New York just before the actress' 24th birthday, E! Online reports. The actress was also spotted at a Coldplay concert in the same city. Martin allegedly made a reference to her and blew her a kiss while she was in the VIP section.

Martin reportedly captured Lawrence's heart by writing her songs.

Lawrence and her ex-boyfriend Hoult allegedly broke up due to differences in their schedules. The pair broke up on amicable terms with the knowledge that both of them will be back for the next installment of 'X-Men' without any tension. The couple also denied rumors of getting engaged or getting back together. They have not issued public statements since the breakup was reported.

On a side note, Hoult is now dating Kristen Stewart, star of the 'Twilight' series and 'On the Road'.

Meanwhile, Martin and ex-wife Paltrow announced their separation last March after more than 10 years of marriage. The former couple's "Conscious Uncoupling" was announced on Paltrow's website Goop. Paltrow has remained quiet amid the rumors of the budding romance between her ex-husband and the 'Hunger Games' star.

Martin and Lawrence allegedly met three months after Martin broke up with Paltrow.
