Despite their busy schedules, real life couple Jennifer Lawrence and Nicholas Hoult appreciate the distance often enforced upon them by each others' schedules, and they have found a way to make their relationship work. 

Hunger Games' Katniss Everdeen met her British boyfriend on the set of X-Men: First Class where Hoult played the role of Beast.  In her exclusive interview with Marie Claire, Lawrence said that they "mutually ignore each other" to give space for career growth but not necessarily jeopardizing the romance.

"When we're busy, we agree to mutually ignore each other. Not completely, but neither of us gets mad when the other doesn't text back or call.  Life's super busy. Obviously you know what they're doing, and you trust them," Lawrence details in Marie Claire magazine's June issue.

Early this year, rumors claimed that Hoult asked his 23-year-old girlfriend to marry him over Christmas break with Lawrence's family in Kentucky.  However, the two did not confirm the rumors, and Lawrence is reportedly very particular with her privacy.

However, X-Men's Mystique commented that she likes taking things slow and is currently enjoying her relationship status. 

"We're so young that it would almost be like if we lived in the same city, what would happen? We'd be living together.  At least this way he's in the same boat as I am: We can go out and have our own lives and know that we have each other," she told Marie Claire.

The Oscar-winning actress is known for her humorous antics even off camera.  When asked about what he thinks of their current setup, the 24-year-old Hoult said, "It's fun because in this business you are away from one another for long periods of time, so when you're on set together it's a brilliant thing, because you actually get to spend time together."
