Rumors that Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux may be breaking off their engagement sparked after 'The Leftovers' actor was seen allegedly flirting with other actresses.

At the Emmy Awards after-party on August 25, Theroux was seen hanging out with 'Girls' actress Allison Williams.

An eyewitness source said, "He twirled a cigarette, joked and flirted with her."

The 43-year old actor also reportedly made conversation with Robin Thicke's ex-wife Paula Patton during the same party, "They huddled so close, their lips almost met," the source said.

Aniston is reportedly aware that his behavior at the party, "After friends tipped Jen off about his behavior, she ripped him a new one," an insider told Life & Style.

The report fueled rumors that the two might be calling off their wedding, but another report says there was no wedding planned to begin with.

Aniston denied wedding preparations in an interview on 'The Talk', "There was no wedding planned," said the actress.

The 'Cake"' actress said, however, that she and Theroux feel like they are "already married."

In the same interview, Aniston went on to give her opinion about the rumors and gossip that her relationship with Theroux is facing.

"They're loaded with absolute false information ... They like to create the story, because it's not interesting that we're just really happy, and in love," said Aniston.

Aniston's love life has been under scrutiny recently, especially since her former husband Brad Pitt already tied the knot with Angelina Jolie.

In an interview with Extra, Aniston was asked about when she and Theroux will get married, "I don't know!," said Aniston.

Even though Aniston did not reveal anything about her wedding plans, she did share her view on marriage, "I just think you live in the moment, you're with someone, I think you learn as you get older, too... marriage is a wonderful thing, a relationship is a wonderful thing; it's a way to discover who you are," said the 'Horrible Bosses' actress.

Despite the rumors, Aniston revealed at a press conference for her new movie 'Cake' that Theroux makes her happy.

"My life is a happy life. It's a choice," said Aniston.
