Jay Z's 'Picasso Baby: A Performance Art Film' Premieres on HBO 

Jay Z always seems to stay a busy man, moving from one project to the next like a business machine. 

He just released his new album Magna Carta Holy Grail and now next week HBO will premiere a film that the rapper has been working on. 

Jay Z's performance-art project called "Picasso Baby" was shot in 6 hours in a Manhattan art gallery. 

The feature includes actors Judd Apatow and Alam Cumming, rapper Wale, Adam Driver and Marina Abramovic .

The trailer talks about "putting your fears and your vulnerabilities and your insecurities to music."

The director of "Picasso Baby" was Mark Romanek who worked with Jay Z on his "99 Problems" video. Romanek's resume' also includes videos Michael & Janet Jackson's "Scream", En Vogue's "Free Your Mind", Fiona Apple's "Criminal" and Johnny Cash's "Hurt". 

The premiere of "Picasso Baby" airs Friday, Aug. 2 at 11pm on HBO.
