Jay-Z Uses Nirvana Lyrics in New "Holy Grail" Song featuring Justin Timberlake on New Album 'Magna Carta Holy Grail' (VIDEO)

Jay-Z and Nirvana would not be your first idea of a typical collaboration.

Ok, well it is not really a collaboration anyways, but Jay-Z decided to pull inspiration from Kurt Cobain and use some lyrics from the Nirvana song "Teen Spirit" on his new song "Holy Grail".

On the "Holy Grail" track, Jay-Z twice uses the phrase from the chorus of "Teen Spirit" saying, "And we all just, entertainers, and we're stupid, and contagious."

He also adds the line in the song, "I know nobody to blame, Kurt Cobain, I did it to myself."

Jay-Z got permission from Courtney Love to use the Nirvana lyrics in his new song.

Justin Timberlake is also featured on the song, "Holy Grail". He and Timberlake are performing together this summer on the "Legends of the Summer Tour".

Ja-Z's new album Magna Carta Holy Grail releases today (July 4).
