Centricity Music's Jason Gray, shares a story behind the song "Good to be Alive". The song can be found as the fourth track on the album A Way To See In The Dark. The album released last year in September.

Jason says that "Good to be Alive" is about gratitude. Many times we think that the circumstances in our lives determine the quality of our lifes and joy. But Jason thinks that it is our gratitude that makes our life sweet.

Jason expresses, that even though many times we are not able to change our circumstances, but what we can do is to nurture a grateful heart.

One day, Jason was watching his children playing and laughing, and he became aware that he enjoys to see them being happy. He thought that maybe it works the same way with our heavenly father-that he also enjoys our enjoyment, it brings him joy.

Jason expressed that our enjoyment of the good things that we are grateful for, can become a meaningful act of worship. So, it's good to be alive!
