‘Iron Man 3’ Release Date Sees Record Audiences, Positive Reviews [TRAILER]
Marvel fans have been looking forward to the third installment in the Iron Man series, and if you go by box office numbers for its opening weekend, you are not in for a surprise. The movie raked in a whopping $175.3 million according to studio estimates by box office tracking firm Hollywood.com
'Iron Man 3' tells the story of Tony Stark, alias Iron Man, who sets out on an odyssey of rebuilding and retribution, after his world is torn apart by a formidable terrorist called the Mandarin, according to the film's plotline.

As in the previous two Iron Man movies, and last year's The Avengers, Tony Stark is played by Robert Downey Jr., a job that has already garnered him worldwide fame.
Iron Man 3 has received mixed reviews so far, with Marvel fans surprisingly the most disappointed according to numerous reviews on IMDB.com. Overall however, the movie has received mostly favorable reviews by viewers and critics alike, with a 78% aggravated score on Rotten Tomatoes, and 83% audience score.
Other notable members of the cast are Gwyneth Paltrow as Virginia "Pepper" Potts, Don Cheadle as Iron Patriot, Guy Pearce as Aldrich Killian, and Ben Kingsley as The Mandarin.
