A recently posted YouTube video pairs two dummy variants of the iPhone 6 (4.7-inch and 5.5 inch models) against an early version of the Apple iPhone 5s as well as other trendy devices. The video insinuates that the Cupertino-headquartered tech behemoth may be moving into phablet terrain, as the new iPhone 6 is seemingly larger than Samsung's Galaxy Note 3.

The video released by TechSmartt shows both the iPhone 6 mockup models and reveals that they are distinctly larger when compared to Apple's existing smartphones. In fact, the largest replica item not only overshadows the iPhone 5s completely, but also eclipses the Galaxy Note 3 and LG's G3, which are already considered to be fairly large devices.

Placing the two dummy units side by side with the current hardware, the video continues to focus on the utter size of the upcoming 5.5-inch iPhone. It says that at some stage or the another, this purported model may prove to be excessively outsized for a good number of people, who may find it difficult to use comfortably with one hand. Lacking a stylus, like the one available with the Galaxy Note series, users of the upcoming iPhone 6 models may often have to use both their hand for texting as well as UI navigation.

It may be noted here that the Galaxy Note 3 measures 151.2 mm in height, is 79.2 mm wide and 8.3 mm thick (5.95 x 3.12 x 0.33 inches), featuring a 5.7-inch display. The iPhone 6 will feature an extensive bezel area to the top and bottom of the display - accommodating the ear speaker, proximity sensor as well as the front facing camera, in addition to Apple's Touch ID Home button.
