iPhone 6 Release Date, Rumors Start To Reach a Fever Pitch. Speculation for iPhone 6 Specs and Street Date

Apple iPhone 6 Release Date, Rumors

iPhone 6 and iPhone 5S rumors currently say the next generation iPhones will be most likely launched during the autumn and summer, respectively. The rumors say the iPhone 5S will start taking pre-orders on June 20th and ship out in early July.

The iPhone 6 is rumored to include fingerprint detection. This was lended major street-cred by the fact that Apple recently acquired a AuthenTec, a company pioneering fingerprint technology, for $356 million. Even though this would be a cool feature, it's most likely what's been delaying the release of the handset.

There aren't many solid rumors regarding the iPhone 5S or iPhone 6 yet. Apple will be upgrading iOS 7 and adding a faster processor, improved retina display, NFC support, 4G, 802.11ac wireless networking, and maybe even a budget iPhone that it less expensive. Rumors say that there would be 3 different versions: the iPhone 6 Mini, iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 XL.

Pictures of the iPhone 5S and iPhone 6 parts have started to leak online. "The pictures display the loud-speaker bracket, ear speaker bracket, vibrating motor assembly, Wi-Fi flex cable ribbon and SIM card tray." No features were released, but there's notable physical differences from the iPhone 5 components.

Even though we don't know anything for sure, it sure is fun to speculate. How about you? What would you like to see on the iPhone 6?
