Boost Mobile, the pre-paid division of Sprint, will be offering the contract-free deals for the iPhone 6 as well as the iPhone 6 models starting Friday, October 17

This means that people who wish to own the latest smartphone from Apple, but do not want to change from their monthly bill rates, can now purchase the handsets without paying the full retail price.

In addition, the prepaid U.S. network carrier will be selling the handsets at a discount of $100 compared to the retail price offered by postpaid networks.

Boost Mobile will be charging $549.99 for the iPhone 6 16 GB version, $649.99 for the 64 GB version, and $749.99 for the 128 GB version. The iPhone 6 Plus, on the other hand, can be bought starting at $649.99 for the 16 GB model, $749.99 for the 32 GB model, and $849.99 for the 128 GB model.

However, this is not the first time that Boost Mobile will be selling the iPhones at a discount of $100. In 2013, the pre-paid division of Sprint also sold the iPhone 5s and iPhone 5c at $100 less than the other postpaid networks.

In fact, Boost Mobile is reputed for marketing devices without annual contracts. In addition, they do not charge their customers every month. This apart, Boost Mobile also offers three separate plans for mobile phones, which includes unlimited text and call options, in addition to cellular data plans.

For instance, the most reasonably priced prepaid plan offered by Boost Mobile amounts to $35 per month, offering 1 GB of 3G or 4G data. In addition, there is a mid-range plan that costs $45 monthly and comes with a 5 GB data. On the other hand, the most expensive plan offers 10 GB data options at $55 per month.

Apart from the iPhone 6 and the iPhone 6 Plus, Boost Mobile also offers previous models of Apple phones at discounted prices. The iPhone 5s and iPhone 5c 16 GB, that were launched last year, are now being sold at $499.99 and $349.99 respectively. Similarly, the iPhone 4s is now priced at $199.99 for an 8 GB device.
