iPhone 5S to Have Fingerprint Reader? See Latest Specs Here / Liquidmetal for Release of 6?

 

iPhone 5S is expected to launch in September or October and the rumors and leaks are becoming more and more to swift through truth and fables. 

The outside of the iPhone 5S is going to look pretty identical to the iPhone 5 but the insides could have some exciting new features. 

The iPhone 5S is expected to have an NFC chip, a 4-inch 1136x640 Sharp IGZO display and a fingerprint reader. There has been reports that the fingerprint reader has been having troubles in production. There will also feature a 12-megapixel camera with dual LED flash and use less battery to operate. We will see if these all come true when the phone is released. 

There is still speculation on when the iPhone 6 will be coming out. Many think that it will come out after the iPhone 5S, which would be normal for the way Apple has released their phones. There are some though that they the iPhone 5S and iPhone 6 could actually come out at the same time and both be released before the holiday shopping time. 

Speaking of the iPhone 6, Liquidmetal could be used on future products including the iPad, iPhone 6 and maybe even the mysterious iWatch. 

Crucible Intellectual Property, who represents Apple's licensing deal with Liquidmetal Technologies, received the patent that could use Liquidmetal to produce sheets up to 3 meters wide & .1mm and 25mm thick.
