iPhone 5 vs HTC One Comparison Review: Specs, Features / HTC One Surprises Apple Fans [VIDEO]

Forget the Samsung Galaxy S4. Since it was the most recently released major smartphone on the market, it would obviously have the best specs and most advanced features. Let's compare a couple phones that have been around a little longer. Wondering what the specs and features are like on the Apple iPhone 5 and HTC One?

Your wish is my command:

Let's start with size dimensions:

The Apple iPhone 5 is the smallest and lighter of the two at 124 x 59. The iPhone 5 is 7.6mm thick and weighs about 112 grams. The HTC One is currently one of the biggest non-phablet phones on the market measured at 137 x 68, 9.3mm thick and weighs about 143 grams.

The HTC One definitely takes the cake when it comes to screen display. Though the iPhone 5 features the Retina Display, the HTC One supports Full HD resolution while the iPhone 5 goes only to 1136 x 640, roughly 326 pixels per inch.

What about processor and memory?

Again the iPhone 5 is dating itself with a dual-core processor clocked at 1.3 GHz. Sure it's fast and efficient. But it's not as fast an efficient as the quad-core 1.7GHz processor found in the HTC One. The HTC One also has twice as much RAM at 2GB.

The iPhone 5 steps their game up in the camera department. But don't let the numbers fool you. Though the HTC One only has a 4-megapixel camera, the Ultrapixel technology gives the pictures great vibrancy and color distribution.
