Apple is not given an official release date on the new iPad 5 or officially released the iOS 7 beta for the existing iPad since the WWDC conference when they released the beta for iOS 7 for the iPhone to develops. 

However, the Russian YouTube user Rozetked has released a video appearing to be using the new iOS 7 operating system on an iPad. Some of the comments say it looks fake because it shows the old Apple logo, but users who have the iOS 7 beta on their phone say that the old logo does pop up. 

The video shows the Notification Center and Control Center in proportion, and several of the native app icons resemble those of the iPhone iOS 7 beta release.

It is all just speculation, but it is fun to see the new iOS 7 running on an iPad if it is the real deal. The pictures and movements do seem real to the iOS 7.
