iPad Air 2 Release Date: November 2014 Date Predicted, Tablet to Have Touch ID Feature

The iPad Air 2, the follow up to the iPad Air, is set to be an even better version of the current leading tablet on the market right now. This will be Apple's sixth generation full-size tablet.

Analysts and fans alike have speculated about the new tablets spec's , and many of them agree that the iPad Air 2 will see a significant upgrade in terms of performance and graphics with the A8 chip. The A8 chip is designed to improve efficiency and battery life. The tablet is also said to support 4K ultra high definition TV for external displays. The Air 2 will have a 9.7 inch LCD display with the same resolution (2048 x 1536) as its predecessor and will be made by LG, Samsung, and Sharp.

The Touch ID feature, which was introduced on the iPhone 5, but noticeably absent on the iPad Air, will be making its way on the Air 2. Apple will also enhance gaming experience with the Metal API as users will see a great improvement in graphics. This feature will also be able to deliver console-quality graphics on the tablet.
