iOS7 Release Date Rumors: When to Expect the New Apple Software for iPhones and iPads

Even though Apple's iOS 7 has only been announced for a week, that hasn't stopped Apple fanboys from speculating about when we'll actually get it on our phones and on our iPads.

iOS 7 was officially announced last Monday at the 2013 Worldwide Developers Conference keynote event, but the public release date was not announced. Well, kind of. Apple did say that it would be released in the "fall", but that give us a pretty big window that they can work in.

Developers have already gotten a chance to work within the software, as the beta of iOS 7 has been released to developers. The beta is for the full line of iOS products, bring released for the iPhone, iPad touch, and iPad models.

As predicted, iOS 7 has seen a major overhaul on its visuals, going for a flatter, more streamlined design. This new design was the brainchild of software designer Jony Ive, and has seens its share of critical praise and derision. We'll have to wait and see how the rest of the world responds to the software once it is released sometime this fall.
