iOS 8 Beta Version Latest Updates: Developers Left Out of Beta 6 Test

Many iOS 8 launch date predictions have been made in the past few weeks by the public. Reports are claiming that developers became disappointed with Apple after they released iOS 8 beta 6, because they exclusively released it to carriers and partners only.

Epoch Times says that developers felt frustrated because now they cannot make sure that their apps and games will be able to work normally on the new iOS 8. If this is true, this is the very first time Apple has ever done something like this.

According to Christian Today, iOS beta 6 might be the last beta version of the mobile software. A beta version is like a test for the public before the company releases the official operating system update. It allows the developers to do final tests to make sure that the official operating system will run smoothly when it is released.

Tech Radar says iOS 8 GM will release soon, given that iPhone 6 to be announced officially by Apple on Tuesday, September 9. Other than that, Business Insider assumed that the public iOS 8 would be launched on Wednesday, September 17.

Epoch Times reports that Apple is rumored to announce the iPhone on Tuesday September 9, launch the OS on Wednesday, and release the device two days later, on Friday

The new iOS 8 is said to have updates on photos, iMessage, keyboard applications, the search function, Spotlight, and iCloud. All of these are said to be improved in the latest operating system. The latest and newest introduction would be the iHealth application that could manage the health information and activities of its user.
