'Imagine Agents' Movie News: Michael Keaton to Star in Comic Book Adaptation

Recent news has suggested that actor Michael Keaton will be immersing himself back into the world of comic book adaptations with his newest project 'Imagine Agents.'

The comic book, created by writer Brian Joines and artist Bachan, presents a world where the imaginary friends of children are real, and an organization by the name of I.M.A.G.I.N.E. keeps tabs on the figments.

The comic itself sounds to something that could work on a page, however it hasn't yet been discussed how it will be adapted onto the big screen.

Boom Studios offers a deeper description on the project and why viewers will take to it:

WHY YOU WILL LOVE IT: Big action and bigger fun in the vein of Men in Black and Who Framed Roger Rabbit?, with a dash of Chew.

WHAT IT'S ABOUT: Ever try to wrangle an illiterate, 30-foot tall rock monster away from his 5-year-old best friend? Or calm down a 400 pound muscle-man rag-doll during her daily temper-tantrum? For Dave and Terry, it's all in a day's work. As agents for I.M.A.G.I.N.E., they are responsible for keeping your imaginary friends in-line... Little do they know that six-year-old Elliot and his best bear-friend, Furdlgurr, are about to be entangled in a plan to change everything!

With Keaton attached to the project it will most likely add merit. The recent Oscar winner currently has his hands in a couple other notable films such as 'Kong: Skull Island' and 'The Founder.'

'Imagine Agents' doesn't yet have a release date or other names attached.
