Hunger Games: New Trailer For "Catching Fire" Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson, Liam Hemsworth (VIDEO)
The new movie 'Hunger Games: Catching Fire' doesn't open in theaters until Nov. 22 but the new trailer that released at the MTV Movie Awards on Sunday night is gaining a lot of excitement with fans.
Jennifer Lawrence is back in her role as the fierce competitor, Katniss Everdeen. After seeing Everdeen and Peta Malark (played by Josh Hutcherson) happily greeting a cheering crowd as victors of the 74th Hunger Games, President Snow (actor Donald Sutherland) is seen plotting against her. "She's not who they think she is: She just wants to save her skin, simple as that," he growls. "She has become a beacon of hope for them. She has to be eliminated. "Her entire species must be eradicated, the other victors," concludes President Snow as the the trailer end. "Because of her, they all pose a threat. Because of her, they all think they're invincible."
Katniss and Peeta are put back into the arena of the Hunger Games again, this time known as the Quarter Quell. They are stripped of their privileges and forced to perform again. This round will prove be more intense of a struggle then ever before.
The movie stars Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson, Liam Hemsworth and Woody Harrelson and is directed by Francis Lawrence. 'Hunger Games: Catching Fire' is using Lionsgate studio.
