'Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1' Spoilers, News: Official Trailer Tops in Number of Views Two Weeks Running
The next franchise installment entitled, 'Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1', released its official trailer last month and it has been on top in the number of views for two weeks, according to technology firm Zefr.
In the trailer, the main character Katniss Everdeen, played by Jennifer Lawrence, is now in District 13 after succeeding in the game. Her fight for Peeta's survival and her ways to convince the nation to join her side will be featured in the newest installment.
"I never wanted any of this. I never wanted to be in the Games. I just wanted to save my sister," Katniss says in the official trailer. She is also seen accepting the role of the Mockingjay, which signals an open rebellion towards the Capitol.
'The Tudors' star Natalie Dormer was also shown in the trailer playing the role of Cressida. 'The Hunger Games' fans have seen a more action-packed teaser of the newest film when compared to its first two installments.
Meanwhile, Plutarch Heavensbee, played by actor Phillip Seymour Hoffman, has shown important role in the movie as he helped the rebels in 'Catching Fire'. Plutarch was initially thought of to be an enemy, but later happens to be one character to support the rebellion.
Unfortunately, while still filming 'Mockingjay Part 1', the actor was found dead in his home. Since he only had a week of filming left, the scenes he was not able to shoot will show him via Computer-Generated Imagery (CGI) and he will still be part of the long awaited film.
The sci-fi adventure movie will be back in the big screen on November 21 and will answer questions left on its previous 'The Hunger Games: Catching Fire' film.
