One of the most anticipated movies of the year, the second installment of The Hunger Games will be out around Thanksgiving 2013 (Nov 22).  

New Hunger Games 2: Catching Fire details have been revealed by star Jennifer Lawrence.

Recently, Total Film, spoke with Hunger Games/Catching Fire main golden girl, Jennifer Lawrence, and she revealed some new,fun details she had while filming the Catching Fire installment. It turns out it was much easier for her the second time around,and that she had a blast since she already knew most of her castmembers.

She stated, "If possible, there was even less preparation because I was like, 'I've done this before. We had a lot of the same crew. Josh Hutcherson and Liam Hemsworth were there. Normally, when I do a movie, I'm meeting people for the first time, so it was amazing to be able to have the same group of people. It was so fun." We will have to see how that translates onto the screen when the movie comes out.  

Hunger Games: Catching Fire is set to hit theaters on November 22nd,2013. 

The second Hunger Games film, Catching Fire will be appearing at the Cannes festival, which begins this week.

An awesome video motion poster is on display outside of the theater entrance. We don't know what will exactly be shown at the festival, all or part of the film, as the full film is probably not done editing yet. The festival runs the 15th through the 26th of May.  

The film hits theaters in November, and stars Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson, Sam Claflin, Jena Malone, and Woody Harrelson.

Also, don't forget, a big surprise has been teased to hit the official 'Hunger Games' Instagram today so be sure to head over there and check it out! Not sure what time the "surprise" is supposed to be posted.
