HTC Desire Eye News, Specs, Features: Device Release Date in India Late November 2014
During an event in Mumbai earlier in the week hosted by HTC, the Taiwan-based telecommunications corporation said that the HTC Desire Eye will be available in India by the end of November.
Additionally, the HTC Desire Eye will be exclusively available from Amazon India.
The company will reveal its price closer to its release date. Although, Zauba, which tracks import and export data in India, shows that the double-13MP-camera phone will come in at a cost of 21,490 INR, which translates to roughly $350 or £218.
The phone will will sport a 13MP front and back camera, which allows the user to center photos easily without compromising image quality. HTC announced in a press release that Desire Eye is more than capable of producing high-quality photos and is "for those who love to take great photos, videos and selfies."
Desire Eye features HTC's new HTC Eye Experience with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor, backed by 2GB of RAM and 4G capability. The device will also be running on Android 5.0 Lollipop once it's released.
HTC claims the phone will be the "ultimate selfie" mobile phone as both cameras have dual LED flash mounted beside the 22mm lens. It can also record full HD 1080p at 30 frames per second and is capable of shooting 720p at 90 frames per second, as well as time-lapse videos.
The HTC Desire Eye will be making its way to the U.S, as soon as AT&T's exclusive launch window expires. However, the "official launch partner" of the phone has not announced an exact launch date yet.
