How I Met Your Mother fans, I know your bummed that your beloved show is finally calling it quits after Season 9. Hopefully a few new spoilers and rumors concerning the last set of episodes can help brighten your day.

Talk show host Sherri Shepherd took to Twitter to reveal her spot on Season 9 of the hit CBS sitcom.

"On the set of 'How I Met Your Mother' working w my baby Jason Segel #living a #dream," Shepherd posted along with a photo of How I Met Your Mother star Jason Segel planting a smooch on her forehead.

Shepherd didn't confirm her character details but many believe she'll be playing the role of Camille and will be introduced during the special one-hour long Season 9 premiere, "The Locket".

Though these rumors are unconfirmed, Camille is first introduced sitting next to Marshall [Jason Segel] on a flight from his hometown in Minnesota back to New York. Confrontation ensues, and apparently both Camille and Marshall get kicked off the plan.

Though Shepherd confirmed her spot on the How I Met Your Mother Season 9 cast with her tweet Thursday, new rumors are bubbling to the surface that TV funnyman Wayne Brady will reprise his role as Barney's brother. Brady is believed to a recurring character along with Broadway darling Cristin Milioti who was revealed as the titular mother in the Season 8 finale episode.

How I Met Your Mother Season 9 production started July 10 and is scheduled for a September 23 season premiere on CBS.
