With the rehearsal dinner out of the way, How I Met Your Mother Season 9 draws closer to the end of Barney and Robin's wedding weekend. Still not knowing hrdly anything about the mother [Cristin Milioti], spoilers for next Monday's episode 13 "Bass Player Wanted," indicate a lot more screen time for the titular character.

Executive producer and How I Met Your Mother co-creator teased fans with a recent tweet hinting at the mother's role in the upcoming episode.

"Folks are asking if The Mother is in the next new #HIMYM. I could say "No spoilers." Or I could just say, "Yes. A LOT.""

Hmmm...will the mother end up playing bass for the wedding? We know from earlier episodes that the ability to play bass guitar is a crucial attribute on Ted's future Mrs. Mosby checklist. And we know that the mother has a bass guitar with her [remember she was carrying it at the train station prior to purchasing her ticket to Farhampton?].

Meanwhile, after hitchhiking miles, Marshall finally arrives to the wedding. It won't be long before he gets an earful from his angry wife. Also in the episode the group meets a guy at the wedding who "intentionally" stirs up controversy amongst the friends. Is Simon [James Van Der Beek] back to steal his ex-pop star lover away?
