'House of Cards' Season 3 Release Date, Latest Spoilers: Beau Willimon Indicates Filming Well Underway
Show creator the popular political-drama series, 'House of Cards', recently teased the fans about the upcoming third season. Rumor has it that Season 3 will bring much more drama and mystery to the highly rated Netflix series.
Beau Willimon, the show creator for Netflix's 'House of Cards' had been tight lipped lately, and careful enough not to reveal too much about the upcoming installment. However, Willimon recently teased fans with a post on Twitter showing one of the air ducts on the set of the show.
Willimon captioned the photo with "Fun with air ducts on the @HouseofCards stages. @netflix," the show creator wrote. Even though the photo didn't reveal anything about the show, it did hint that the show is currently filming Season 3.
While it may be a while before fans get a chance to watch any of the episodes in the upcoming installment, many are grateful to know that at least the production team is hard at work.
In an interview with Variety, Willimon spoke about the 'House of Cards' production team and their methods, "The pace at which we work might seem luxurious to a lot of folks at the big broadcast network world, but it feels pretty fast to me. To go much faster than that for me, it would be difficult to create the sort of layered and interwoven narratives that we're after," he stated.
"The more time I put into something the better it is, because for me writing is a trial and error game. It's banging my head against the wall, either until you break through or the wall breaks your head. And you need the time to make those mistakes so that you can maybe reach the good thing on the other side. And going much faster than we do, I don't know if I would get enough bangs against the wall," Willimon continued.
While there is no official release date for the upcoming season of the show just yet, many speculate that it will air sometime next year.
