'Homeland' Season 3 Spoilers: In Episode 10 "Good Night" Brody Finds Trouble Crossing the Border [Trailer]
In last Sunday's episode of Homeland Season 3, Brody finally the screen time a wrongfully accused terrorist deserves. If you're still biting your nails from all the drama here's a little insight into next Sunday's all-new episode, "Good Night."
According to the trailer promo for episode 10, it looks like Saul's plan for Brody is already in motion. In a voice over, Dar Adal's explains phase one of the operation:
"All he has to do tonight is walk across the border and ask for asylum. And in the unlikely event something goes wrong, we have it covered," he explains to the White House liaison to the CIA.
In the next scene it looks like something will go wrong. The road to the border is blocked and Brody's back-up crew has to get involved a little earlier than expected. Iraqis and Iranians flank both sides of the company not knowing there's a wanted terrorist just yards in between.
The White House pressures Saul to drop a 4-missile drone on the group before they capture their asset. Saul, still the acting director of the CIA refuses to order an attack on his own men.
It looks like Brody, having faith in Carrie to bring him home, will surrender himself. If he can convince them he has in fact defected to Iranian loyalty, he can take credit for the Langley bombings and hopefully get the trust he needs to get on the inside.
Homeland Season 3 airs Sunday night at 9/8c on Showtime.
