'Hitman' DLC News: Eidos Interactive Title Will Have Three Seasons [TRAILER]

Eidos Interactive's "Hitman" is set to have three more seasons of downloadable content, as per reports.

"Hitman" revealed the information on its official Twitter account. On Aug. 6, it wrote on Twitter "Of course, our plan is to have three seasons. Although Season Two hasn't been confirmed yet."

The tweet was in response to the query of Twitter user and "Hitman" enthusiast TrippleZero (@bergf89). On Aug. 6, TrippleZero asked in a tweet if "Hitman" had any plans for a Season 2 or any episodes after it was done.

According to Game Spot, "Hitman" season 1 brought players to territories like Sapienza, Marrakesh, and Paris and in season 4, players are set to discover Bangkok, Thailand. As per the publication, the character is set to take down rock star Jordan Cross and his family lawyer Ken Morgan. It is further revealed that a large chunk of the mission is set in a luxary hotel.

In a statement, as cited by the publication, IO interactive said that with the fourth episode, they were highly pleased to be able to deliver a new spin on a fan-favorite type of destination. He detailed that hotels had been a staple across several "Hitman" titles and many people in the community loved learning everything there was to know about the intricacies of every hotel.

"Hitman" is Eidos Interactive's stealth video game and it centers on the exploits of professional hitman Agent 47. The timeline is narrated in cutscenes by a previous FBI director during his conversation with a journalist.
