HBO Season 4 Game of Thrones: Let The Games Begin!

HBO is set to premiere the fourth season of the fantasy television series "Game of Thrones" in the spring of 2014. The series is actually an adaption of writings from George R. R. Martin who is also the writer of episode two of season four.  HBO announced the shows renewal for season four on April, 2, 2013.

The season is set to consist of ten episodes and filming is in full swing as of today, July 8, 2013, in Northern Ireland and will also be returning to Iceland and Dubrovnik for continued filming.

During an interview with Access Hollywood Kit Harington (Jon Snow) told reporters,

"There's a hell of a lot of fight scenes. There's a lot of blood, there's a lot of gore. It's more action packed then any season we've done so far, so it's gonna be a test to see if we can get it done."

So far it sounds like the fourth season is shaping up to be a violent and action packed series. There is also talk on new cast members such as; Brenock O'conner, Octavia Alexandru, and Mark Gattis, but no one knows exactly what roles these guys will be playing in the series.

With there already being a ton of characters in the television series from past seasons, there has to be some character cuts being made. How else will casual viewers be able to keep up with them all?
