NBC has given fans another taste of their successful 'Hannibal' series with a new trailer highlighting the serial killer's psychiatrist, Bedelia, played by Gillian Anderson.

The last scene of season 2 left on a bit of a cliffhanger with the two flying to an unknown destination. This trailer sheds some light on the interesting dynamic the next season will bring with this character, now under the influence of Dr. Lecter.

"As debuted over at Buzzfeed, the new spot takes an Aquarius-tinged approach to the complicated relationship between Bedelia and Hannibal, as we see that Mads Mikkelsen's fallen angel considers Bedelia a wife of sorts. With that arrangement comes all the usual marriage tropes, having friends over for dinner, classy evenings out, and of course, holding a gun and threatening to murder one another," writes Screen Crush.

The series also plans to introduce some characters, such as Chiyo, played by 'The Wolverine' actress Tao Okamoto.

"Most recently adding Zachary Quinto and True Detective's Glenn Fleshler as Cordell, personal physician to Mason Verger (Joe Anderson, replacing Michael Pitt), we also know of Hannibal Season 3 that Gillian Anderson has been upgraded to series regular. The Hobbit star Richard Armitage, True Blood vet Rutina Wesley and Nina Arianda will play Red Dragon characters Francis Dolarhyde, Reba McClane and Molly, respectively, while Raul Esparza will return to the role of Dr. Frederick Chilton, and Eddie Izzard could return to the role of the late Dr. Abel Gideon as well," writes Screen Crush.
