Reports have alleged that Gwyneth Paltrow was recently spotted in a New York restaurant, on an apparent date with a mysterious new love interest. If this is the case, than it seems that the actress has already moved on from her ex-husband and singer Chris Martin.

The man that was spotted with Paltrow was evidently not Martin. The new beau appeared to be in his thirties, and was noted to have "curly, shaggy" blond hair.

Paltrow and Martin's official lifestyle website, Goop, previously announced that the two are "consciously uncoupling," and true enough, reports have just now come out claiming that the actress was on a date. A witness revealed to Page Six, that the Paltrow, age 41, and the younger man, "may have been holding hand."

While these reports remain unconfirmed, Paltrow and Martin seem to be okay with their decision to separate, as a message on Goop reads, "We have come to the conclusion that while we love each other very much we will remain separate. We are, however, and always will be a family, and in many ways we are closer than we have ever been."

Martin had some input of his own on the matter, during an interview on 'Valentine in the Morning', "The thing that we told everyone at the beginning of the year is true. We're very close," he said, adding, "We're not together. That's the truth," Martin said.

The Coldplay singer also mentioned that, "There's a lot of love. There's no scandal."

On a side note, the two went on a recent trip to the Bahamas, with their two kids Apple, 10, and Moses, 8 which leaves room for the possibility of a rekindled romance between them.
