The premiere date of the first episode of 'Grey's Anatomy' Season 11 is approaching fast, and to give fans a preview, a one minute sneak peak video for the episode entitled "I Must Have Lost It On The Wind" has been released.

The sneak peek video features two teenagers stuck in a car after they get into an accident while sharing an intimate moment inside the vehicle.

While the two teenagers are being rescued, the boy is left there when his girlfriend was transferred to an ambulance. The boy was given a piece of cloth to cover his body with, which eventually was blown away by the wind, hence the episode's title.

Meanwhile, reports say that one of the main focuses of this upcoming season is Meredith's relationship with her newly discovered half-sister, Maggie.

A promo video showing Meredith's relationship with Maggie was previously released, and it seems like the sisters are off to a bad start.

The promo video shows the sisters having an intense discussion about each other's professionalism, with Meredith ending their conversation with "Yeah, you definitely don't have to worry about me liking you."

It is speculated that Maggie knows that Meredith is her half-sister, while Meredith does not have any clue yet.

Reports also say that the upcoming season will also focus on the on-and-off relationship of Callie and Arizona.

In an interview, executive producer Shonda Rhimes said that the team is still uncertain about the future of Callie and Arizona's relationship.

"I'll be honest with you and say that there is literally a 50/50 chance that they'll be together or apart, and I have not figured it out yet," Rhimes told Entertainment Weekly.

She added, however, that the Callie-Arizona love team would be a part of this season's storyline.

"That is the other big storyline of the season for us. We really spent a lot of time in the writers' room mapping it out and talking about it. There are two parallel relationships: Meredith and Derek's relationship and Callie and Arizona's relationship. Meredith's journey and Callie's journey are two big journeys that we really want to look at this season as we're telling these stories," Rhimes revealed

The premiere episode of the 11th season of 'Grey's Anatomy' will air on Sept. 25, 8pm ET on ABC.
