'Grey's Anatomy' will be back on the air Thursday, Sept. 25 at 7 pm EDT via ABC for Season 11. Fans will once again step into the world of Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital, as they are eager to learn the fate of Dr. Grey and Dr. Shepherd this season.

The premiere episode of 'Grey's Anatomy' Season 11 is titled "I Must Have Lost It On The Wind," and the show will open with the doctors dealing with a car wreck emergency. A clip on the premiere episode shows Jo, Arizona, Owen, and the others are getting major car wreck victims out of harms way.

According to the show creator Shonda Rhimes, the focus of 'Grey's Anatomy' Season 11 will be on Meredith and her family along with her impending marriage issues.

According to Christian Today, knowing that she will now be working with her half-sister, Mer will have a lot of things on her plate. In Season 10, fans saw that Margaret "Maggie" Pierce and Mer are half-sisters, as Margaret is the daughter of Ellis Grey from her affair with Richard.

Mer comes to find out about her sister very quickly in the season and it is anticipated that viewers will see her in a state of shock. It is also anticipated that Season 11 of 'Grey's Anatomy' will focus on the sisterly relationship between Maggie and Meredith.

Apart from having to cope with a new-found immediate family member, Meredith will also have to take care of an impending decision about moving to Washington with her husband Derek for his new career opportunity. She will be seen battling with a choice to either stay at GSMH or make the extreme move to a new state.

In addition to Meredith's family drama and marriage woes, 'Grey's Anatomy' Season 11 will also focus on the relationship between Callie (Jessica Capshaw) and Arizona (Sara Ramirez). It is anticipated that the two will break up next season. According to Shonda Rhimes, there is a chance that the two will split.
