In tonight's episode of Grey's Anatomy, it's Thanksgiving time and Meredith is hosting a dinner at her house. Still unsure as to whether or Cristina will be invited after going behind her back and using the 3D printing machine for her own use while Dr. Grey was already in the process of printing something for research purposes.

Meanwhile it seems like love is a hot button issue for tonight's episode. In the trailer promo everyone is either kissing the person they love or dealing with a lack of romantic fulfillment.

Owen and Emma share a kiss in the promo, as do Alex and Jo. Christina on the other hand is a mess. Knowing that she's dissatisfied with inconsistent physical intimacy, Shane makes a pass at her.

In last week's episode, via flashback, viewers got more insight into Callie and Arizona's relationship, during a time where the two seemed happy with their relationship. Now the two are dealing with Arizona's betrayal and her growing attraction to Leah.

So far all that has been confirmed is from the official synopsis for tonight's episode "Somebody That I Used to Know:"

In Somebody That I Used to Know Ben worries that a casual conversation with Derek could potentially cause issues for Bailey, Cristina turns to Shane as tension grows with Meredith, and April's upcoming wedding makes for an uncomfortable situation between Jackson and Stephanie. Meanwhile, Meredith plans a Thanksgiving dinner at her house."

Grey's Anatomy Season 10 airs Thursday nights at 8 PM on ABC.
