Sandra Oh's character Dr. Cristina Yang will say goodbye to the Grey Sloan Memorial hospital forever on ABC's hit drama series "Grey's Anatomy" when the Season 10 finale "Fear (of the Unknown)" episode airs tonight.

Tonight's episode will start at 9 p.m. ET and can be viewed online through live stream via the link provided below.

"Cristina's coworkers give her a fond send-off. Meanwhile, a possible terrorist act occurs in Seattle and leads to pandemonium at the hospital; Meredith makes a life-altering choice; and a doctor gets alarming news," according to the official summary.

In a recent interview, Isaiah Washington talked about returning as a guest star in the "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together" episode on May 1.

"It was really nice closure," said Washington to Eonline.

He believes the 42-year-old actress is a "TV legend right up there with Lucille Ball-I'm serious."

She is taking a much-needed break," said Washington. "It will take about five years to find herself after these 10." And then? "Hopefully when she is done with her break, we can collaborate again."

Oh previously revealed how difficult it was to walk away from the role that made her an instant star and a household name.

"I've gone through a lot of therapy over this," said an emotional Oh to The Hollywood Reporter. "I started thinking about it because I had to prepare myself. I gave myself two years to emotionally let go. At the end of last season, [series creator] Shonda (Rhimes) took me aside and said, 'What are your thoughts?' I said, 'I'm ready.'"

Rhimes also told The Hollywood Reporter what it was like to work with Oh for a decade on the hit series.

"One of the best days of my life as a writer happened the day Sandra Oh walked in my door to audition and forever changed the course of Grey's Anatomy with her brilliant, nuanced portrayal of Cristina Yang," said Rhimes to The Hollywood Reporter.

"Over the past 10 seasons, I have been made better by Sandra's trust, faith and friendship, and I can't quantify how grateful I am for her collaboration on a character we both love so deeply. This year is going to be bittersweet for us -- we're both going to savor every moment of Cristina Yang, and then we're going to give her the exit she deserves. And when Sandra walks out of my door, Grey's Anatomy will once again be forever changed."
