Every season finale is special but the upcoming Grey's Anatomy will be extraordinary as fan favorite Cristina Yang bids farewell to her 10-year stint at Sloan Grey Memorial Hospital. Episode 22 was the first of the final three weeks and Season 10 is getting more emotional as things build up to the end. Will Cristina Yang pursue a brighter career outside GSMH or will she succumb to the call of love and friendship.

In last week's Episode 22 We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together, Preston Burke made a surprise reappearance after seven long years. He was the love of Cristina's life, but he was also the one who broke her heart after he decided to call it quits on their wedding day.

On the day of Cristina's big speech at the Zurich conference, drama unfolded as Preston appeared.  There was a moment of silence with flashbacks of memories both jovial and painful. Burke, played by Isaiah Washington, wants Cristina back. But she does not want to relive her tragic past; thus, the title of the episode.

Inside Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital, Amy Shepherd made an unprecedented comeback and hoped to use her surgery skills. Derek is not supposed to treat her sister as incompetent, but Amy proved to everybody that she was worth the job after a valuable contribution in a conjoined twin's case.

In Episode 23 titled Everything I do, Cristina is confronted with two major decisions. Owen Hunt offers her a huge career opportunity in Europe, which could potentially see her leave Seattle and her personal issues to the side. She has got to think straight and act fast. Will Cristina pull it off?
