While Season 11 of 'Grey's Anatomy' is set to premiere on September 26 via ABC, fans are getting anxious and are expecting a very dramatic installment this time around. On a positive note, the cast and crew, who began filming the new season in July, have been keeping the fans updated as they go along.

The cast of the show posted several messages on their social media accounts describing a whole lot of things that the show offers to its fans in the upcoming season. Actress Jessica Capshaw recently posted on Twitter just after the cast began filming, saying "off to a grand start! Some stuff to make you cry, some stuff to make you laugh & some super duper secret stuff. All in a day's work!" the actress wrote.

Apparently, Season 11 will be showing what's next for Calzona, "(L)et's paint a picture of where we would be really happy and then let's hope we go there and then get really happy," Capshaw revealed to TVLine.

Meanwhile, show creator Shonda Rhimes revealed significant details about a recent fan based concern, "How could Arizona say, 'Yes, I could have a baby but I don't want to' and not feel like a Band-Aid for whatever is going on with their relationship? [the idea of surrogacy is an] Opportunity for [Calzona] to finally explore everything that's wrong and whether or not they should be together at all or whether or not they want to be together at all," Rhimes told the Hollywood Reporter.

The premiere episode's title was recently revealed as "I Must Have Lost It On the Wind," which matches an Elton John song of the same name. Hopefully more spoilers will be announced by the cast and crew as the Season 11 premiere approaches.
