The official episode synopsis promises a lot of excitement and a lot of focus on different characters. The synopsis reads:

"The doctors receive bad news from Jackson. Meanwhile, Amelia arrives in Seattle for an unexpected visit; Richard heads to Boston to surprise Catherine; and Bailey makes a bold decision after growing disappointed with the lack of progress in her research."

Many fans will be surprised to see that Callie and Arizona are not mentioned in this week's episode synopsis. It seems that their struggling relationship will take a backseat to other characters tonight. Will the show return to Callie and Arizona and offer fans some closure before the end of the season? Only time will tell, but fans certainly hope so.
