Popular Windows and Mac video game vendor, in direct competition with Valve's Steam client, has recently announced a Fall season sale. Beyond that, the website is offering a free copy of the action-adventure RPG 'Mount & Blade' for the first forty-eight hours of the sale, amongst other treats for gamers.

In the release posted on the GOG website, the vendor makes mention that they've set a lineup of more than 700 titles that will be available at discount prices. What's more is that some of the titles will be slashed with discounts that shrink down to 90% of the game's original retail price.

Again, for promotional reasons, GOG is giving away a free downloadable copy of 'Mount & Blade' which can been retrieved here. On that note, gamers should download their copy as soon as possible, as the title will no longer be free after 48 hours.

However, that's not the only timely treat that GOG has in store for computer based gamers, as an incredible bundle is once again available at a discount rate.

'The Ultimate D&D Collection' has also been listed at a discount price, currently $21.10, but will only be available for 24 hours.

According to the sale announcement, GOG writes that the bundle is "a collection of ten D&D classics with hundreds of hours worth of gameplay time." The Ultimate Dungeons and Dragons Bundle provides the gamer with 80% savings on all the games in the collection.

Beyond that, GOG is incorporating "Flash Sales" which is similar to those seen during Steam's Summer sale. The website reads, "Not feeling like waiting an entire day for a new offer? No worries, we've got you covered. Throughout the sale a line up of flash deals will be available on our front page to give you amazing offers on great games hour, by hour, by hour."

Last but not least, GOG did not stop there, as they are also offering another free title, as well as a free film. Apparently, there's a daily visitation reward that provides the user with a special stamp.

"Gather 7, and you'll receive a copy of CD PROJEKT RED's flag-ship RPG, The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings and a brilliant movie The Gamers: Director's Cut absolutely for FREE."
