‘Glee’ Season 6 Release Date Delayed, Cast Member Fired? Confirmed as a Hoax
Even though filming for 'Glee' Season 6, said to be the last installment, has been delayed, fans are not concerned as the show is without a doubt confirmed to return to Fox Network.
Creators of the show Ryan Murphy and Brad Fachuk are aiming to end the series on a high note although the number of episodes they must prepare for the season has been shortened.
While 'Glee' usually has 22 episodes for a regular season, the last one will only have 13. That means the cast's final goodbyes must be squeezed into that short time frame, in order to offer the fans some closure about the end of series.
The recent delay in filming is a result of various circumstances, sources say. One of the main reasons for the slow rolling shoot falls upon some of the off-screen drama between certain actors on the show.
Recently a rumor began to spread that Chris Colfer was fired from his role on the show, which sent many fans of the show into a panic. This was confirmed as false, but no other word on the delays has been announced in an official statement.
The issue was fully cleared after the actor stated that his Twitter account had been hacked, also Fox had confirmed that he will be back on the show. Spoilers also claim that a different Rachel will be seen in the upcoming season which is slated to be on Fox's 2015 lineup.
Aside from that, news suggests that 'Glee' Season 6 will revolve around McKinley High in Ohio.
