Even though 'Glee' is set to return for its sixth season next year, many "Gleeks" are distraught about it since its going to be the final installment. However, fans disheartened by the idea of a series finale, can check out a new behind-the-scenes photo to cheer themselves up.

The photo which was posted by Max Adler on Twitter showed members of the cast including Lea Michelle (Rachel Berry), Max Adler (Dave Karofksy), Chris Colfer (Kurt Hummel), and Darren Criss (Blaine Anderson) taking a picture with an actual black bear.

Adler captioned the photo with "Had a BEARy good time filming @GLEEon FOX with these wild animals yesterday!"

The presence of a bear on set tickled the minds of many media outlets including Carter Matt which theorized that it may be related to some kind of story about a zoo, "Did Rachel or Kurt get so eccentric that they decided to get a pet bear? It's doubtful, but maybe it's a part of some zoo storyline or a bizarre dream sequence," the website stated.

Carter Matt added that changing the series up a bit for its final season might be a nice surprise for the fans of the show.

"At this point, we are mostly just glad that 'Glee' continues to think of things that have not been done before, mostly because that is no easy task when you are six seasons in and countless musical numbers. When you consider some of the imagination that goes into many of these episodes, it feels in some ways like this show has been around even longer," Carter Matt added.

Meanwhile, Adler will be assuming a recurring role in the upcoming season of 'Glee' as bully jock-turned-closet homosexual Dave Karofsky. In the past season, Karofsky was about to commit suicide after he realized that he's a homosexual, but was stopped by his father.

The cast for Season 6 of 'Glee' includes fan favorites Lea Michelle, Dianna Agron, Matthew Morrison, Jane Lynch, Heather Morris, Naya Rivera, Chord Overstreet and Chris Colfer.

'Glee' Season 6 is currently filming, and is looking at a premiere date sometime next year.
