Giants pitcher Tim Linceum is on the bump tonight for San Francisco. He'll take on Braves ace Julio Teheran in what's bound to be an exceptional pitcher's duel.

The Giants have been hovering around the .500 mark all season long. Up until the end of the Pirates series, the Giants have lost 10 of 13 road games. Plagued with pitching struggles, the Giants look like a shell of their championship squad last year. Having said that, both recent world championships [2010, 2012] the Giants won rallying in the second half of the season.

Tim Lincecum also looks like a fraction of his former self. Lincecum is 4-6 with a 4.70 ERA, with the team losing 4 of his last starts. Lincecum couldn't even last 5 innings against the Pirates on Tuesday. Opposing hitters have scored 4 or more runs in 7 of his 13 starts [4 of the last 5].

22-year old Braves pitcher Julio Teheran is 4-3 with a 3.62 ERA. Teheran's numbers can be a bit misleading. Though he struggled in his last outing, Teheran has pitched very well in certain games, but has received no run support. In 6 of his last 9 starts, Teheran has allowed 2 or fewer runs.

The Braves are 21-7, home at Turner Field, and 5-5 in there last 10 games. Can the Braves maintain their home streak in Atlanta or will Lincecum's new haircut inspire past glory for the San Fran Giants? Tune in tonight on ESPN at 8:05 to find out!
